financially healthy and responsible
We will continue to administer
the finances and resources of the
Town in a responsible and
transparent manner setting the
interests of our citizens as a
priority.

We will work to preserve the
sense of “neighbourhood” that
distinguishes our Town. Through
concrete actions we will continue to
reinvigorate the city core, protect
the quality of our services and
community safety of our citizens.
- Revitalize and unify our
downtown area , eastside and
westside
- Promote local services and
businesses
- Encourage the establishment
of a fine grocery store in the
center of Town
- Cultivate a preference for
shopping at local “home grown”
businesses
- Increase the already strong
collaboration with the police
service to ensure public
security

Under the Danyluk administration,
there is a true commitment to the
environment. Following the adoption
of many programs and investments for
sustainable development, we will
continue to protect our urban forest,
our oasis on the island of Montreal
and make TMR a regional leader in
the preservation of the environment.

TMR is youthful! More and more
young families are choosing the Town
as their home; as such, our
administration will accentuate
quality services and facilities that
support healthy and enjoyable family
life.

Policy – a first for the Town
- Extension of our municipal
library
- Controlled speed limits in
residential areas
- Installation of an
artificial soccer turf
- Integration of local bicycle
paths into the Greater Montreal

TMR – a city for all!
Mount Royal prides itself on the
diversity of our population composed
of all generations and representing
many different languages and
cultural communities. All living in
harmony, Town citizens have
contributed to the development of
this beautiful community. Our
administration will emphasize its
role in continuing this enrichment
in favour of our citizens of all
ages and backgrounds.

TMR – an economic
pole
The Danyluk administration worked
untiringly to develop the full
potential of our industrial zone.
Recently one area of this sector has
emerged as an innovative
décor-design pole. As a result of
this new vocation, many valued
fashion, home design and fine
furniture establishments are an
important attraction to this
expanding area of our Town.
